The festival, without the spreadsheet pile.

Pulley keeps the vendors, the booth map, and the money for small nonprofits and the people who run a festival. It notices what still needs you.

$500 a year for the festival plan. Contacts, festivals, email, and printed packets. Festivals are included for small nonprofits on Pulley.

Cedar & Pine Fair is a sample. Not a real festival.

Vendors, volunteers, a schedule, sponsors, tickets, and money usually live in spreadsheets and email. Pulley keeps the vendor list, the map, and the money, and it notices what still needs you.

Here's what is waiting.

Applications to review, booth fees still open, insurance that hasn't come in, and a vendor category short of the target you set.

The vendor list, kept current.

Approve, waitlist, or leave an application pending. Record what was paid and whether insurance is in. A second booth stays on the same application. The roster downloads as a spreadsheet.

Booths on the grounds.

Place them on a picture of the grounds or on a map, and copy last year's pins. Visitors open the public map to find a vendor. Power, water, and the other supply points sit on the map with them.

Booth fees in. Costs beside them.

Pulley totals what vendors have paid and what the festival costs. Recording a payment does not charge a card.

Then you print, and you send.

Placards, tags, and ice tickets print in booth order, or as one vendor's packet. The crew packet collects the electrical list, the ground layout, T-shirt orders, the directory, and the vehicle list. The email stays a draft until you send it.

Nothing sends without your OK.

Vendor updates wait as a draft. You see who they go to, and you send them.

The heavy lifting, already handled.
